Refund policy

Important: Please read our return policy carefully. No exceptions will be made, as you agreed to these terms at the time of purchase.

Returns

Timeframe:
You have 30 days after receiving your product to request a return.
If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Conditions:
The returned product must be in the same condition as received: unused and in the original packaging.
For items where hygiene is important, they must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process can begin.

Exclusions:
Due to hygienic reasons, certain products cannot be returned, such as underwear, lingerie, tights, and some personal care items.

How to initiate a return:

Include the following details:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • A photo of the product (in case of damage)

  • Your contact details

Refunds

Procedure:Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 days, and the amount will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund after 30 days, please check your bank account first.

Costs

Return shipping costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using Track & Trace, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Returns must be sent to China, and return shipping costs start from €20, to be covered by the customer.

Exceptions

Defective or incorrect products:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will send you a replacement free of charge.
If the issue happens a second time, you will receive a full refund.

Order cancellation:
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed, due to our automated system.
